Germany’s next influencer is not a woman!

I did not expect this at all! Grazia & H&M selected Germany’s next influencer yesterday. BUT the winner is not a woman! It is ERIC.

Loads of bloggers were taking selfies with the IT BLOGGERS of Germany! Novalanalove and Caro Daur welcomed everyone very friendly at the main entrance. They had enough time for each of their followers. Even when the management of H&M told them to leave the “selfie area” for interviews, they stayed and took a selfie with everyone in the queue.

I was especially inspired by the gorgeous Sofia and Nina Suess .They were both so warm and talkative!

The whole event for the new H&M Studio collection was a success. Thanks to H&M and Grazia for an entertaining evening.

A flight ticket to Bergamo for 5€ – Is it possible?

Normally, everyone who flies to Bergamo wants to take the bus to Milano. But did you know that Bergamo’s magnificent city is only 20 minutes away from the airport by bus? Now you know that the fairytale city of Bergamo is only a few minutes away from the Orio al Serio international airport.

How to get to Bergamo?

I flew with Ryanair at 8.30 am to Bergamo from Cologne, Germany, and my return flight was at 8.10 pm at the same day. The total price for the tickets were only 10€.

So I paid 5€ for each way!! Unbelievable! If you are not currently in Cologne, Ryanair also offers routes to Bergamo from Athens, Brussels, Düsseldorf, Frankfurt, Gdansk, Paris, Berlin, Budapest, Eindhoven, Warsaw, Copenhagen, Belfast, Ibiza, London, Bristol, Hamburg, Kos, Mallorca, Madrid, Oslo, Stockholm, Lisbon, Dublin and much more.

Don’t miss the beautiful alpine panorama shortly before landing!

A day ticket for the bus costs 5€ and is available in the arrival hall on the opposite of the car rental service. I recommend to buy the Bergamo card for 10€ or 15€, which lasts for 24hours or 48hours. The card includes the airport bus, all cable cars and all public transport you need. Furthermore, you will have a free entrance to many attractions and almost all museums. An excellent discount is guaranteed at affiliated places.

What to do?

I spent the whole day in the historical center of Bergamo and I immediately felt in love with the old town. The narrow romantic alleyways, monumental churches and the view of Bergamo have been breathtaking!

Your first stop should be the Porta S. Giacomo, where you can enjoy one of the majestic entrance doors and the view of Bergamo.
Then discover S. Maria Maggiore Basilica and the Chapel Colleoni on your way to the Piazza Vecchia.
Have a break at bar Flora, which is next to the library. Enjoy a cup of coffee with a croissant. The croissant is filled with vanilla cream. It is very delicious and even though you are at the heart of the upper town, the prices are moderate.
Don’t miss the gigantic view from the Civic Tower at the Piazza Vecchia.
In the afternoon, I walked through the lovely alleys to funicolare (cable car) San Vigilio.
In San Vigilio, I spent my afternoon in the charming restaurant Baretto San Vigilio.

I had a stunning view of Bergamo from the terrace.

The menu offered a great choice of Italian dishes. I tasted a prawns salad with melons, tropea’s onions and rucola as a starter, followed by fresh pasta with clams and tiramisu. All dishes were a culinary delight. As I am addicted to desserts, I ordered a Crêpe with chocolate mousse. The service is really nice and it is a pleasure to dine out at Baretto San Vigilio!

Hotel Moser – A heart for its guests and for dogs

Hotel Moser Weissensee Kärnten Techendorf

Weissensee, which covers an area of 6,5 km², is well known for its clear blue water and its beauty. The lovely bathing lake with drinking water quality offers optimal conditions for excellent and relaxing holidays. Weissensee, the fourth biggest lake in Carinthia, is located 930m above sea level.

Where to stay at the Weissensee?

Hotel Moser welcomes humans and dogs on the same loving and warm way. It is right at the center of Techendorf and close to SPAR (a supermarket), a bank brand and a sportswear shop. So don’t worry if you forgot something at home, you will definitely find it in Techendorf. Techendorf has the only bridge to cross the Weissensee as it is the narrowest place of the lake. Hotel Moser has the ideal location to explore the environment of the Weissensee.

Start your day with an extensive breakfast at hotel Moser. I especially liked the healthy options such as smoothies, fruits and vegetables at the breakfast buffet. Additionally, I enjoyed squeezing my orange juice by myself. You can also cook your eggs with an egg boiler or prepare your fried egg by yourself. Trust me, you will not miss anything at the very rich breakfast buffet.

During the day, you can be part of several activities offered by the hotel. I rented an electric boat to discover the Weissensee.

Bikes are available too, and for free. You only have to pay a deposit if you want to have an eBike.

At hotel Moser’s own bathing beach, you will see several divers. Hotel Moser also offers a separated bathing beach for dogs. I read that a few guests complained about the dog beach but I cannot agree with it! The dog beach is perfectly created for dogs.

If you prefer to stay inside, visit hotel Moser’s gym, sauna area or swimming pool.

From 6 pm to 7.30 pm you are welcome to enjoy an exquisite five-course dinner, which always includes a delicious salad buffet.

Afterwards, you will love your comfortable and spacious room. I appreciated a wonderful view of the mountains.

Other activities

Around the Weissensee are loads of hiking or biking routes. Take the boat trip on the lake to a nearby village and walk or ride a bicycle the way back. To receive more information about all activities available, go to the tourist information across the bridge in Techendorf. I saw girls riding through the valleys, mountain bike tours, paraglider, divers and even rafting tours.
